    Dawn C. Morris is executive vice president, chief digital banking and marketing officer for First Horizon National Corporation. She joined the company in September 2018 and leads the digital banking P&L, marketing and customer experience strategies across the enterprise.

    Dawn has extensive experience in leading transformation and building strong partnerships to drive P&L and revenue growth through innovative brand, direct and digital banking strategies that have accelerated profitable growth, built brand recognition and customer loyalty. Prior to joining First Horizon, she was at Webster Bank and Webster Financial Corporation in Waterbury, Connecticut, where she served as executive vice president and chief marketing officer. There, Dawn transformed marketing and built the digital marketing function and capabilities that helped position Webster as a high-performing regional bank.

    Prior to joining Webster, she was with Citizens Bank in Dedham, Massachusetts, where she served in a variety of leadership roles, including head of customer segment management, product and segment marketing and business banking product management. Earlier in her career, she worked in a number of business line and marketing roles at RBC Bank in North Carolina.

    While in Connecticut, Massachusetts and NC, Dawn served as a board member for the local Girl Scout Councils, as co-chair of The Governor’s Prevention Partnership in Connecticut and on the Connecticut Veteran Parade development committee. The Hartford Business Journal also recognized her as a top woman in business in 2017.

    Dawn is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and served as a Captain in the Army’s 530th Supply and Service Battalion at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
