What if I forget my User Name and Password?
To receive the password hint you created at enrollment, submit your user name on the Password Hint form on the Password Help page. If your hint doesn't help, and you have your FirstCheck or ATM card and PIN, you can you can create a new User Name or Password by submitting the Log in Reset form on the Password Help page. If neither of these help, contact Online Financial Services at (800) 489-2111. After confirming your identity, your User Name and Password can be reset.
Can I use the same User Name and Password for Banking Online, Microsoft Money, and Quicken?
Yes. Your User Name and Password is the same for all Banking Online services supported by First Horizon.
