POINTS: (1) Earn 1 travel point for every dollar in net purchases. (2) A maximum of 100,000 points may be accumulated per year. (3) Points earned expire 3 years from the end of the calendar year in which they were earned. (4) FIRST Travel points are non-transferable to any other frequent flyer program. (5) Cash Advances, convenience checks, balance transfers and debit transactions do not qualify for points.
REDEMPTIONS: (1) Account must be open and in good standing to redeem points. (2) Must have at least 25,000 points on account to request redemptions. (3) 25,000 point redemption level equals ticket values of $50-$300; 35,000 point redemption level equals ticket values of $300.01-$400; 60,000 point redemption level equals ticket values of $400.01-$700; 100,000 point redemption level equals ticket values of $700.01-$1,000; other destinations and packages will be determined at the time of redemption. (4) During 12/15 thru 12/31, cruise and/or vacation packages may not be available as a redemption alternative. (5) Redemptions can be made up to 11 months in advance.
TICKETS: (1) To receive the best ticket price available, most airlines request at least a 14 day advance purchase with a Saturday night stay. (2) All tickets are subject to availability. (3) Tickets purchased through redemption are non-refundable.
FEES: (1) Cardholders are responsible for all change fees and penalties associated with ticket modifications. (2) Travel Agency may charge a fee for ticket processing for redemption and non-redemption transactions.
