We're changing how you access certain accounts

Today, a “toggle” feature is displayed on your personal Digital Banking profile. This drop-down below your user name allows you to switch to view additional accounts you are associated with.

Beginning July 24, 2021, this feature will no longer be presented.

When logged into your personal profile:

  • If you do NOT “toggle” today to view business accounts for which you are a signatory, no action is required. The drop-down menu to switch accounts will simply disappear from view.

  • If you actively use the “toggle” to view business accounts for which you are a signatory, this will no longer be available, you will not be able to access these accounts through your personal profile, and you need to take action (see below).

For Active “Toggle” Users:

How to Avoid Interruption of Access to Business Accounts

  1. To continue viewing and interacting with any business accounts for which you are a signatory, you will need access to the business profile as a secondary user. If you already have business profile credentials, begin using that profile immediately.

    • If you do not have log in credentials for the business profile, contact the Digital Banking profile administrator within the business and request to be added as a secondary user on that profile.

NOTE: The administrator can authorize/add a signatory as a secondary user, and provide you a User ID and password through their online banking access.

    • Beginning July 24, if you need access to the business accounts immediately and the business’ Administrator isn't available, call Client Services. We will reinstate temporary access to the accounts via your personal profile until you can work with the administrator to gain access to the business profile.

  2. If you conduct bill payments or transfers via the personal profile, but against a business account, those must be conducted within the business' profile in the future. Any existing bill pay recipients and scheduled or recurring payments/transfers will need to be set up on the business profile to ensure no payment or transfer delays. Be sure to cancel any scheduled or recurring payments/transfers against the business account that are set up on your personal profile, simultaneously with setting them up on the business profile (if applicable).

Please note that certain functionalities will continue to be reserved for the individual personal and business profiles. For example, a transaction or action type reserved for a business profile (e.g., submitting an ACH payroll file, or adding a secondary user to the business profile) will not be permitted when logged into the personal profile. You would need to log in using the business profile to conduct those limited activities.
