Duke was a pleasure to work with. He kept in close contact throughout the process and answered all questions as I considered my options. There was last minute anxiety re underwriting approval as they questioned a steady and constant portion of my comp that is reflected on W-2 and all paycheck stubs. That was very frustratimg because my dti relied on it (because I'll have overlapping debt keeping my existing house couple of months before moving to the new one. ) I became so concerned because we were week of closing and rhey they hadn't yet approved that I felt need to liquidate securities thst that were short term just to make sure that if the loan couldn't be approved I would have additional cash to put toward the closing price. I wish that underwriting would get earlier starts on their final approval process once the final upload has been made . sounds like they were super busy though and i I plan to stick eith First Horizon!
