My involvment for this loan was co-signer for a family member so the decisions . I have worked in accounting and finance for years and I was surprised at the closing costs and fees charged for the loan. Maybe this is standard but it is certainly not what I would expect if I were the main borrower. Otherwise the process was fine and communications were acceptable.
