We have worked with Mike through two purchases and at least two other times when we considered refinancing and purchasing, but did not go through with the transaction (due to reasons unrelated to him). Mike is a treasure in this industry and has always exceeded our expectations. We did shop with other potential lenders this time. Not only was he able to negotiate a reasonable and great rate for us, the experience of working with him was significantly better.

In two words, Michael Hanna made it a GREAT experience. I was initially going to refinance through Chase Bank. I don't like the online process. I like interacting with people right in front of me because if I have questions they are right there to answer them. Chase didn't offer me a F2F experience. IChase had me working with someone in New York!!! So, I suspended that. I remember how pleasant the process was to work with Mike when he was with Chase some years ago. I still had his number so I gave him a call. I am certainly glad I did! Mike made it a hassle-free process. He explained the process thoroughly and let me know what to expect at each step along the way. If everyone is like Mike at First Horizon, you all must be a top-notch company!!!
