I appreciated everyone’s responsiveness at the office (with Tony and Gail even answering me on their vacations) and the ease of the document submission process. There seemed to be a slight hiccup with the home insurance submission (it kept telling me there wasn’t a submission even though the provider through Blend had provided the info) but if that’s the worst thing I can say about the process, I’d say that’s a total success.

Overall would have been dated excellent except for the following: we were asked to go to the county and dig up documents that should have been easily retrieved by underwriting; underwriting repeatedly failed to request documents in timely fashion. Everything requested drip drip drip should have been requested on the front end. Especially the trove requested 2 days prior to closing. Title Co made a serious error at closing. Finally and most critically, personal financial info was either leaked or hacked such that during the application process thieves got access to a high limit CC as well as BOA account and nearly got away with 47K 2 days prior to closing. Whther it's personnel or computers you have a security problem
