Earning Points

Once you enroll in the program, you will (1) earn one (1) point for each qualifying dollar of spend made using your Enrolled Account. Transactions made with your Enrolled Account are aggregated to determine the number of points credited to your account each calendar month, starting with the month of enrollment. The aggregate of such points will be rounded up to the nearest whole dollar. (2) There is no point cap. (3) Points earned expire five years from the end of the calendar year in which they were earned. (4) Visa Small Business points are nontransferable to any frequent flyer program. (5) Qualifying transactions are all signature-based transactions made using your Enrolled Account net of returns, credits or adjustments (“Ineligible Transactions”). The term “Ineligible Transactions” includes purchases fraudulently initiated or initiated with a lost, stolen, counterfeit or cancelled card, gaming-related purchases, cash access transactions (such as, but not limited to, the purchase of travelers’ checks, money orders or cashier’s checks), cash access transactions designated as purchases and account fees or finance charges, if any. PIN-based transactions on your Enrolled Account are not eligible to earn points. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to include or exclude certain types of transactions from the meaning of qualifying transactions.

Program Eligibility and Enrollment

In order to be eligible for enrollment into the program, you must hold a rewards credit card issued by us (an “Eligible Credit Card”). Any holder of an Eligible Credit Card may enroll in the program (each, an "Enrolled Account”). If more than one credit card is authorized to make purchases to the same Enrolled Account, then all points earned will be combined or pooled under the Enrolled Account established with regard to such cards. Points may not be combined or pooled between Enrolled Credit Card(s) provided by a different financial institution.

Redemptions**

(1) Account must be open, active and not in default status according to the terms of your Cardholder Agreement to redeem points. (2) Redemptions for travel can be made up to 11 months in advance of travel dates. (3) Redemption terms and guidelines will only be honored if you do not cancel your Account within 30 days after receiving a card. Redemption rates, fees and terms may be deleted, added to or otherwise changed from time to time in accordance with applicable law and your Cardholder Agreement. If required by law, we will give you advance written notice of the change(s) and a right to reject the change(s).

Airfare Redemptions

(1) There are no blackout dates. (2) To receive the best ticket price available, most airlines request at least a 14-day advance purchase with a Saturday night stay. (3) All tickets are subject to availability. (4) Tickets and other travel services purchased through redemption are nonrefundable. (5) If the ticket value exceeds the point redemption level, you may pay the difference using your Visa Small Business card or by redeeming additional travel points.

Fees

(1) Cardholders are responsible for all change fees and penalties associated with modification of travel redemptions. You may incur redemption fees for certain redemption items. These fees are paid by you and are not refundable. (2) Points cannot be used or redeemed to cover redemption fees. (3) Cardholders are responsible for any ancillary charges assessed by airlines, such as baggage fees, upgrades and other services.
