Shaun McDougall is Head of Consumer and Small Business Banking at First Horizon Bank, overseeing the strategy and performance of Consumer, Digital, and Small Business Banking.

McDougall brings extensive leadership experience in retail banking, including senior roles at Wells Fargo, where he was recruited in 2021 to help drive growth and strengthen the consumer franchise.

An active industry voice, McDougall has served on the Consumer Bankers Association board and currently sits on its mid-tier banking board.

McDougall holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Cornerstone University and an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix.
