If you manage your finances by connecting your First Horizon accounts to Quicken/QuickBooks, you’ll need to reestablish your connection to:

  • Ensure your data transfers smoothly to the new online system.
  • Enjoy uninterrupted service.

What you need to do, and when

Before 8:00 pm CT, Friday, July 10, 2026

  • Please complete a final transaction download of your First Horizon accounts.
  • Back up your Quicken/QuickBooks data file.
  • To prevent any missed or duplicated payments, cancel any bill payments scheduled on or after this date. This does not affect any bill payments set up online at First Horizon.
  • Over the weekend, you will not be able to connect to your accounts via Quicken/QuickBooks.

Beginning 7:00 am CT, Monday, July 13, 2026

  • Disconnect your online banking connection in Quicken/QuickBooks.
  • Reconnect the online banking connection.
    Note: When reconnecting, you may receive a one-time passcode by email or text for authentication.
  • Once successfully connected, you can set up any future scheduled bill payments.
  • As part of this change, you may see duplicate transactions in Quicken/QuickBooks – this does not affect your account balances, and you can delete the duplicate transaction(s) from your register.

What happens if you do not reconnect?

It is important that you reconnect your accounts to Quicken/QuickBooks. Otherwise there could be disruptions to your online bill payments, balance information, even payroll for businsses.

If you’re not the appropriate person to complete these actions, please pass this information on to the person responsible.
