If escalated at a rate of inflation of 5.5% over 10 years, this revenue generation will equal $1.236 million over that period.Deferred borrowings and interest savings over that period is $400,000, putting the total savings at $1.6 million for that 10-year span. Considering all the things a company can do with $1.6 million, it's easy to see the power of this kind of financing tool.
