I appreciate that Craig found a way to lower the rate and save money by swapping around funds I would have lost on closing otherwise. The process was easy with the site, even with me not choosing to use Plaid for validation. My general grievances came down at closing. While this may not be Craig's area to operate but I had to reach out to find the wire transfer information in addition to a few other spots at closing.

Craig did a great job being super pro-active and ontop of it every step of the way! I appreciated keeping me informed and texting me reminders in a few mediums (email, text, phone call) to make sure I didn't miss a beat. His team was super responsive as well, making the process enjoyable. I appreciated getting to know Craig, not just as my lender, but a peer in the community as wel. Banking is relationship driven, and Craig definitely knows how to build relationships, and this is something I value in such partner! On top of it, it was nice having Craig to answer any of our questions upon closing. My wife and I appreciated the closing gift as we will leverage in our new home. His personal touches throughout the home buying process was memorable, and I'll sure to be referring Craig out to anyone I may know needing lending services. Also gives a positive light to the culture at First Horizon, as felt similar sentiment when working with the banking side as well. Thanks for helping me understand the impact of a local, well-maintained bank branch offering boutique services and being there every step of the way!
