Israel made the experience. The previous loan officer assigned to our loan up and quit and nobody told us. He had also not completed his part of the paperwork which complicated our closing process. fortunately Israel was able to fix it in time. The closing firm you used was not very good either. but Israel was able to work it out with them also.
