JD provided constant communication from the moment I reached out to him explaining what my wife and I were wanting to do, which was a little tricky with it being a contingent offer on a house based off us selling our current home. He walked me through every scenario and provided me with very conservative numbers from the get go so we would not be shocked to see the final closing amounts higher than what was originally discussed in our estimates conversation (and low and behold the final numbers were lower than what he even estimated). I couldn't be more pleased with my experience overall. The level of professionalism and personal touch exhibited by JD was outstanding. JD made a very stressful situation feel very calming. Overall, I don't think the experience could have gone any better.
