Jesse is my go-to guy now. He understand my needs & works around my timing etc Only thing that would be great to improve (on First Horizon side, not Jesse!) is if documents from prior applications could be reused. That would make the application process much easier. I have worked on a half dozen mortgages with Jesse over the last 3 years & the application process starts me from scratch every time...

The First Horizon portal and Mortgage Coach software made everything really easy and convenient. Both have very user-friendly interfaces that made it easy for us to compare our options or complete tasks. Jesse was fantastic from initial consultation to closing, always available, professional, and patiently answered my many questions. I always felt like we were in good hands with Jesse. He's very knowledgable about different products and grants available, which set him apart from the other mortgage loan officers we had considered in the beginning.
