Team was very responsive and met deadlines. Loan underwriting needs were transparent. Nacol and Dawn were especially helpful / quick to move things along. Appraiser had a mistake, which was missed during First Horizon review process, but otherwise very smooth process!

Matt was Awesome! We were not planning on making an offer on a house as we were only checking out Houston. We found a house we loved and Matt got us prequalified for a offer in less than 24 hrs. We ended up closing on the property in less than 30 days. I don't think any other mortgage guy could have go it done!
