Very thorough loan application and pre approval process compariing CRA vs FHA loan options. I was able to weigh both options and make an educated decision on what was a better financial decision. We also were able to lock in a rate below 6% when rates dropped which is rare in this market right now. I am very satisfied with that. My only constructive feedback would be to maintain more consistent levels of communication when nearing closing. The whole process can get pretty busy and hectic hence more clarification questions come up.
