We just completed our second loan with Robert and his team and once again were so impressed by the quality of service. Robert proactively reached out to me to let me know that it may be a good time to refi our mortgage. Sure enough we qualified for a lower interest rate, but what REALLY impressed me was that when our appraisal came back unreasonably low, Robert took the time to find comps and fight for a higher appraisal. He managed to get our appraisal $120,000 (!!!!!) higher than the original appraisal! This allowed us to get out of PMI, no longer need to escrow and just generally put us in a much better position. Can't thank Robert and his team (Ann & Dena were also a dream to work with) enough!
