¹ A $2 statement fee applies for paper statements. 

² To determine deposit balances, we total all your First Horizon consumer deposit balances in checking and savings accounts and the principal amounts of all CDs where you are the primary or joint owner, or IRAs where you are the primary owner. 

³ Eligibility is subject to the age of majority for your state of residence. 

⁴ The monthly service is refunded within three (3) business days when the primary or joint account holder has an active Elite Checking account. If the Elite Checking account is closed, a $9 monthly service charge applies if the total combined balances in the consumer deposit accounts is less than $5,000.

⁵ Determining Combined Balances and Service Charges. On your Money Market Savings account statement closing date, we total all your current First Horizon consumer deposit balances in checking and savings accounts and the principal amounts of all time deposits if you are the primary or joint owner of the accounts. If combined balances are below the required minimum, we will recompute the total using average daily balances of checking and savings accounts instead of closing balances to determine if you meet the required minimum combined balance. The Service Charge, if any, will appear on the following month’s statement of the Money Market Savings account.

⁶ The quarterly service charge is refunded within 3 business days when the primary or joint account holder has an active Essential or Advantage Checking account. If the Essential or Advantage Checking account is closed, a $5 quarterly service charge applies if the daily balance falls below $250. An Excessive Withdrawal Charge of $2 is imposed for each withdrawal exceeding six (6) per quarter.

⁷ Up to three  (3) charges per day, for each overdraft created by check, in-person withdrawal, recurring debit, and for each overdraft created by ATM withdrawal or one-time debit card purchases if you have opted in to having such items paid into overdraft with a fee assessed. There is no overdraft fee on debit card transactions when your account has sufficient funds available at authorization, even though you no longer have funds available when the transaction posts. There is no charge for items that we return due to insufficient funds. If you overdraw your account by $5 or less on any one day, there will be no overdraft charge. 

⁸ Fee for quick statement is waived for Essential and Elite (Advantage will pay a fee).

⁹ Elite Checking receives five (5) stop payments waived per calendar year.
