Commercial Card Management System (CMS)

Your First Horizon Commercial Card program will no longer be available in TreasuryConnect/BusinessConnect and can be accessed through the new Card Management System (CMS).

As part of this transition, we will issue new log in credentials. Please watch your inbox for your new User ID and temporary password.

Message Center

 

Enables the Bank to send important messages directly to clients within the system.

Enhanced Dashboard

 

Provides a comprehensive overview, including:

  • Real Time Company Available Balance
  • Recently declined transactions
  • Recently added and recently blocked cards

Text Alerts

 

Text notification options can be set up based on a variety of cardholder transaction triggers; alerts are chosen by the user according to their preferences.

Transaction Dispute Management

 

Disputes can be initiated directly in CMS.

These features can only be accessed by account admins.

Authorization Override

 

Allows for quick approval of specific transactions when cards are being declined.

Card Ordering and Replacement

 

Process is quicker and shows the 16-digit card number immediately for reference.

  • Issue new cards by modeling an existing cardholder.
  • Streamlined Card Replacement: Easier process for cardholders to request and receive replacement cards.
  • Overnight Delivery Options: Improved options for urgent card delivery.
  • FedEx Card Tracking: Card tracking within CMS for expedited shipments (future enhancement before conversion).

Advanced Reporting

 
  • Standard reports are more robust and informative
  • Includes pending Authorization Report not available in 360Control

CVV (Card Verification Value) Search

 

Ability to easily find card CVVs (3 digit security code on the back of the card).

International Transaction Controls

 

Ability to open cards for international use as needed.

Spending Limit Changes

 

Limit changes and controls within CMS.

Central Bill Creation

 

Ability to set up new central billing accounts more easily.

Cardholder self-service options

 

Block and unblock their cards during periods of non-use, log in to view their statements, see pending and posted transactions since the prior statement, and establish text alerts based on transaction activity.
