Will card numbers change?
Yes, each cardholder will receive a new, unique 16-digit card number for enhanced security.
- Be sure to update bill pay systems and vendors for recurring payments.
Do the new cards need to be activated?
Yes, once received, cardholders will need to activate their new cards.
To activate, cardholders should call the phone number on the sticker on their new card and follow the prompts:
- The cardholder’s temporary access code to activate their new card is the last 4 digits of their existing Commercial Purchasing Card beginning with 471578, 480706 or 448513.
- Cardholders will be required to change their personal access code during the card activation process. This code will be necessary for any future activations and when the cardholder contacts First Horizon for support.
Old cards will automatically be deactivated on November 12, 2025. Old cards should be securely destroyed to ensure sensitive information is protected and prevent unauthorized access. Old cards should only be destroyed after the admin tells the cardholder to do so.
Do the new cards have any new features?
Yes, the new cards will be contactless, allowing cardholders to simply tap at point-of-sale terminals where this feature is available.
Note: These cards are not enabled for digital wallets.
Will I still be able to see commercial card information in TreasuryConnect/BusinessConnect?
No, commercial card information will no longer be available in TreasuryConnect/BusinessConnect. Going forward, card management and information will be accessed through our new Card Management System (CMS).
How do I access the new Card Management System (CMS)?
To register for the Card Management System (CMS), visit https://www.card-data.com/FirstHorizonCardManagementSystem and select 'New Account Holder User Set Up' and follow the prompts to establish your login credentials.
Will I use the same user ID and password in the new Card Management System?
No, First Horizon will issue new log in credentials. Please watch your inbox for your new User ID and temporary password.
What happens if there is a remaining balance on an old card?
Balances will not be carried forward; any remaining balances on the old cards must be paid in full by Jan. 31, 2026 though the Fiserv process.
Will my payment method change?
No, the payment method you are currently using will automatically be transferred to your new card program. The address to mail payments for DXC will change; manual payments should be sent to the remit addresses listed below. Online payments can also be made via the Card Management System.

Will my statements impacted?
Yes, temporarily and only during the transition. You will receive two statements, each for a partial month, while this upgrade takes place.
Will my Commercial Card agreement with First Horizon change?
Yes, the Commercial Card agreement in connection with your transition to the new DXC Commercial Purchasing Card program has been updated.
