The third-party service provider's dedicated Commercial Card support team provides 24/7/365 assistance, with communication channels differentiated for program administrators and individual cardholders:

Program Administrator Support: Program administrators have exclusive access to a dedicated phone number and email address, as well as a Voice Response Unit (VRU), to request and manage services such as card cancellation, cardholder credit limit modifications, review of declined transactions, addition or restriction of merchant category codes (MCCs), and other administrative tasks. For urgent requests, please contact our dedicated Administrator Commercial Card Client Support at (800) 324-9761. For non-urgent requests, please reach out to FHPCardAdminSupport@pcard.firsthorizon.com for a response in in 1-2 banking days.

Cardholder Support: Individual cardholders may contact the support team via a separate phone number and VRU for inquiries regarding recent account activity. Cardholders are not permitted to submit requests via email, and may not make modifications to their account. Any changes must be initiated by the program administrator. For general information about your card, please call our General Commercial Card Client Support Line at (800) 290-4782.

  • All callers will be required to complete verification before accessing account details. If we are unable to verify your identify, you will be asked to work with your local account officer to update your security information.
  • Only Administrators are authorized to make changes to cardholder accounts. Cardholders can receive general information and are not permitted to make changes to their account.
