Good news! Your First Horizon Commercial Purchasing Card program is about to get even better. We are upgrading our online card management platform to bring you new features, greater flexibility, and an enhanced experience.

What’s on the Horizon

• Your new Commercial Purchasing Card program offers advanced reporting tools and streamlined management features.
• All of your Commercial Purchasing Cards will be reissued with new account numbers to ensure the highest level of security. Just activate your new card upon arrival.
• Program Administrators will love the new, user-friendly management tools, designed to make overseeing your card program easier than ever.
• Our team will be by your side every step of the way, offering training sessions, user guides, and quick answers to your questions.

Timeline

• October 8, 2025 – Deadline to cancel any cards in your program that you no longer need
• October 14, 2025 – New cards will be mailed to Program Administrators
• October 22, 2025 – Program Administrators will receive new log in credentials to the new Card Management System
• November 12, 2025 – Old cards will be deactivated
