Commercial Purchasing Card Service Agreement

As part of this transition, the terms and conditions of your agreement are being updated. The new agreement will replace your existing Commercial Purchasing Card Agreement and will take effect when you begin using the upgraded program.

You will receive more information via physical mail to your designated company address.

Important updates:

Overnight Card Delivery Fee:
We are introducing a $25 fee for overnight card delivery. This fee only applies if you specifically ask for your card to be mailed via courier service.

Rebate Terms Unchanged:
Your rebate calculation and payment terms will remain the same.

Corporate Liability
Your organization is responsible for all charges on accounts. If you notice any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, please notify the Bank as soon as possible. Your organization’s responsibility ends once we are informed and have had reasonable time to act. We may be able to waive certain losses related to card misuse under the Visa Commercial Liability Waiver Program, provided the necessary conditions are met.

Acceptance of Terms

Your continued use of the DXC Commercial Purchasing Card program after migration indicates your acceptance of the new Service Agreement.
