Anthony Restel

Anthony Restel is senior executive vice president and chief banking officer for First Horizon Corporation. In this role, he uses his extensive banking career to manage banking teams and lines of business across the organization. Most recently at First Horizon, Restel was the president of regional banking and previously served as the chief operating officer.

Prior to the merger with First Horizon, Restel served as chief financial officer of IBERIABANK Corporation and served on the senior executive leadership committee since 2005. In addition to the traditional CFO responsibilities, Restel was responsible for information technology, operations and corporate security at IBERIABANK. Restel also served in a dual role as the chief credit officer of IBERIABANK from 2006 to 2009. His banking career began at First National Bank of Commerce and Bank One where he held numerous client-facing positions.
