To improve our clients' experience, First Horizon Commercial Safekeeping is upgrading the current Safekeeping Online system to Safekeeping CConnect on Tuesday, September 2. The new platform has enhanced features, like the ability to see your account statements, which will now include asset market values.

When does the technology upgrade take place?
Safekeeping will transition from the current technology over to the enhanced platform on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Will the Client Services team change?
No, your Client Services team will remain the same.
Will my account number change?
No, all Safekeeping account numbers will remain the same.
Will I receive a new user ID and password?
As we get closer to the launch date, we’ll send you an email with your new user ID, then a second email will come with your temporary password.
Will I still have online access to view my account statement?
Yes, you will still have online access. Safekeeping Online will remain available until March 2026 so you can review statements from August 2025 and earlier. Safekeeping CConnect will have statements for September 2025 and beyond.
Will my transactional fees change?
No, there will not be a change to transactional fees in relation to the technology upgrade.

In addition to the transition to Safekeeping CConnect, your delivery instructions will change for trading effective Tuesday, September 2, 2025. If the old delivery instructions are used on or after this date, it may result in failed trades or rejects. To avoid any issues, share the below information with the teams responsible for handling trade settlements.
