No, your Client Services team will remain the same.
Will my account number change?
No, all Safekeeping account numbers will remain the same.
Will I receive a new user ID and password?
As we get closer to the launch date, we’ll send you an email with your new user ID, then a second email will come with your temporary password.
Will my transactional fees change?
No, there will not be a change to transactional fees in relation to the technology upgrade.
