Amy Shreve

Amy Shreve is Executive Vice President and Operations Executive for First Horizon Corporation. She is responsible for the critical operational processes at the Bank, including deposit and payment processing, loan origination, loan servicing and default, contact centers, corporate security, business resilience and fraud protection services.

Shreve began her career in banking in 1987 as a management trainee. She joined First Horizon in 1994 as a branch manager and spent over a decade in retail operations and project management before moving into operations in 2008.

Passionate about process improvement, Shreve is past board chair of the Tennessee Center for Performance Excellence, the organization that sponsors the Malcolm Baldrige award at the state level. The operations team utilizes the Baldrige framework in its pursuit of continuous improvement. She also serves on the board of the Southern Financial Exchange, First Horizon’s payment exchange.

Shreve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University. She is a past recipient of the Charles Q. Harris award, the Bank’s highest leadership honor. The Memphis Business Journal named her a Super Woman in Banking in 2019, and she is the 2025 distinguished alumna of The Hutchison School.
