Diversity and Inclusion Statement

We remain committed to creating a more equitable society, and that starts with our associates, our clients and the communities we serve. We do this by elevating equity, providing capital and counsel, and committing to excellence in everything we do.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council

First Horizon’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Council is composed of associates and leaders from across the company. They represent a range of business lines and seniority levels – as well as personal and professional backgrounds. The purpose of the council is to discuss our DEI plan, emphasizing ways to embed diversity, equity and inclusion in our organization.
