First of all the entire team at First Horizon Bank was extremnly helpful and fast to review and clarify with us any question during the application. Alexander was extremly knowlegable in all aspects of buying the new property, not limited to what concerns the bank but also raising awarness of other issues during the process of negotiations, inspections, etc...up to the closing and also offer to go above and beyond to explain certain due diligence all home buyers should do in the next couple of months after closing. Highly recommened for 1st time buyers or for people buying their 10th property, he brings more then expected to the table and is always a helping hand. When he's not around, Giselle as well was there to streamline all the process. Extremely happy with the level of knowledge and efficiency during the entire process.

If you are looking for a mortgage Alex is the loan officer you need. He does not play around, is an honest but up front person and if there is a way he can get it done well for you he will do it. We were able to get our dream home which many other loan officers told us it wasn’t possible.
