My husband did most of the "heavy lifting" with Dixie's group. I didn't do much more than sign the documents. However, I know my husband raved about how organized and personable Dixie was. The close was a really quick one and Dixie promised to get us there on time. She did just that. The process did not seem complex. I greatly enjoyed the portal Dixie and First Horizon utilize as it keeps all of the documents organized and in one place. I really am grateful for Dixie and the team she works with for making a dream come true. It would be a different world without her. I could say the kindest words in the world about Dixie and her team, but they would not do this group justice. Dixie and her "dream team" recently handled a loan/refinance transaction on my behalf. I found my way to Dixie from a referral from a dear and trusted friend; an attorney and an individual who has been in the real estate business for some time. I knew I'd be in good hands based on this referral. What I didn't know is how hard Dixie's team - Dixie, Holly, and Stephanie - would work to make this transaction enjoyable. They hustle! They never lose their cool. They show the maturity and experience of a team that is tight-knit and that has decades of experience. Our transaction, while not patently unusual, was a little more complicated than a standard refinance as we were "cashing out" to buy another property on the back end.
