Paul is an incredible advocate for his clients. The administrative process that went on behind the scenes in various offices throughout the country with the document verification, processing of loan documents, in preparation for closing was agonizingly painful. But in multiple cases, Paul stepped up to advocate for us, making a phone call or sending an email to give the back office administrative process a swift kick or two to get it moving. A couple of scores on previous pages of the survey reflecting a less than stellar process were for those administrative processes mentioned above, and not a reflection of Paul. He was recommended to us by a trusted professional Facebook group. Me and my partner had a unique situation and he was able to secure a loan for us, while many other lenders brushed us off immediately.
