Financial relief for our personal banking customers affected by COVID-19.

During this stressful time around COVID-19, we are here to bring financial relief to our personal banking customers where we can.    

If you have been financially impacted by COVID-19 and incurred fee(s) listed below, you can request relief.*

Upon request and indication of hardship related to COVID-19, First Horizon will rebate the following incurred fees:


Incurred fees
  • NSF (Non-sufficient Funds) / Overdraft fees
  • Continuous Overdraft fees
  • Overdraft Protection Transfer fees
  • Monthly service charges
  • Early withdrawal fees for CDs 


Incurred fees
  • Late payment fees
  • Lending assistance available for borrowers
  • Loan payment principal deferral up to 90 days, as well as suppressing derogatory credit bureau reporting on the related loans for up to 90 days
  • For borrowers where a short-term program is not appropriate, the Long-Term Forbearance (LTF) program may be considered

Incurred fees
  • Late payment fees
  • Foreign ATM and surcharge fees
  • Balance Inquiry and Quickstatement fees 
ATM Withdrawals
  • Increasing the daily ATM withdrawal limit from $600 to $1,000
  • Automatically available for all customers. There is no need to make a request. Due to withdrawal limits imposed by non-First Horizon ATM owners, 2 separate transactions may be required to receive the maximum amount.
