Craig was very knowledgable about different loan products and walked me through the different options (which was very helpful for a first-time homebuyer). He also didn’t pressure me to make a decision on the spot and just laid out the facts, which I appreciated because choosing a lender and a loan is a very big (and very expensive) decision and it’s not a good time to feel rushed or pressured!
