Is an internet connection required to use a Clover device?

Aside from the initial setup, your Clover Go device does not have to be connected to the internet to function. You have the ability to take payments for seven consecutive days without an online connection. Keep in mind that without a connection, your other integrations (i.e., account applications) would not necessarily be aware of your sales volume.

How much does it cost to use the Clover Go mobile card reading solution?

There are different plans available with the Clover Go solution; however, for the purposes of planning, consider that the following fees could be associated with the Clover Go solution:

  • 2.6% + $0.10 for in-person transactions
  • 3.5% + $0.10 for keyed-in transactions
  • $49 one-time fee
  • $9.95/mo

As you are considering other mobile credit card readers besides looking at the basic fees, ask for a sample redacted invoice to allow you to see how a typical invoice appears.

Can I provide receipts from my mobile card reader?

How long does Clover Go take to deposit in my account?

Keep in mind that the cutoff for next-day deposits is 6:59 p.m. and that deposits will not be made on weekends or holidays.
