Travel Notification

If you are a First Horizon Bank debit or credit cardholder and plan to travel soon, please complete the Travel Notification Form to ensure the dates and details of your travel are noted on your account. This will help prevent unnecessary disruptions in use of your First Horizon Bank debit or credit card while you are traveling.

The travel notification form is for use by customers. To continue, please sign in using your Digital Banking username and password. If you do not have Digital Banking credentials, please visit a financial center or call 800-382-5465. You can also provide your travel notification by contacting Customer Service at 800-382-5465. Please note, Travel Notifications may take up to two business days to be recorded on your account.
