We invite our clients to take a brief online survey about their experiences with First Horizon – both in person and online. Responses are a vital way for us to understand your needs.
Here are a few things you should know about our surveys:
- They are usually hosted on a third-party site.
- Your individual answers are not shared with First Horizon.
- We occasionally offer gift cards or other perks to thank you for your time.
- And most importantly, we will NEVER ASK FOR PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. If you receive a survey requesting passwords, Social Security numbers or other confidential information, STOP immediately and let us know.
